1. Export Development
The export value of North Maluku Province in September 2018 was US $ 59.67 million, a decrease of 37.22 percent compared to August 2018 which was valued at US $ 95.05 million.
  • North Maluku exports in September 2018 were in the form of iron and steel goods (HS 72) and ore, crust and metal ash (HS 26) to China, Taiwan and Ukraine.
  • Cumulatively, North Maluku exports from January to September 2018 amounted to US $ 493.94 million, an increase of 192.17 percent compared to the January-September 2017 period of US $ 169.06 million.
  • Cumulatively, North Maluku's export volume from January to September 2018 amounted to 8.35 million tons, an increase of 628.68 percent compared to January of September 2017 which was 1.15 million tons.
  • The value of Indonesian exports in September 2018 reached US $ 14.83 billion, a decrease of 6.58 percent compared to exports in August 2018. While compared to September 2017 it increased 1.70 percent.
